土耳其人早餐


為什麼土耳其早餐，可以算是「世界上最豐盛的早餐」呢？我相信每個人若看過土耳其人早晨的餐桌、體會過土耳其早餐背後的精神和意義後，也會深有同感：

其實，土耳其早餐的「豐富」，講究的不僅是桌上食材的多樣性，更是藉由這樣豐盛的早餐來拉長用餐時間，目的在提醒人們：用豐盛早餐開啟一天的同時，也別忘了讓彼此的靈魂流動在彼此之間──和你親愛的家人、朋友、情人一同用餐、談心。

換句話說，「早餐聚會」清楚地表達了土耳其人對彼此的重視：因為，在我願意把一天的開始留給你時，就說明了「我以你為優先」這件事；而不是把共度的時間，安排在「處理完工作」的下班之後。

他們並非有一大把時間可以揮霍享受，而是他們擅長「忙裡偷閒」，比我們更願意多空出一些時間給自己和身邊的人，並且不以「有工作」、「我很忙」等藉口來打發彼此。

開設 I Love Paris，就在馬灣1868小島， 一個香港意大利漁村。這裡有藝術氣息、寵物友善空間， 提供餐廳美食、 咖啡、工作坊和不同包場派對。還有店內新成員 雙色貓店長點點，店外壁畫就是她 「帶珍珠耳環的貓咪」。 一起享受休閒時光吧， 歡迎來探索。 2009年創辦 I Love Istanbul，我們專推 土耳其地道美食， 空運減甜軟糖。 2016年帶來熱沙咖啡，全球首創土耳其風味。 We opened I Love Paris on Ma Wan 1868, a little  Italian fishing village in Hong Kong. Here you’ll find  an artistic, pet-friendly space with restaurant  dining, coffee, workshops, private parties, and  our new bicolor cat manager, DotDot.  The mural outside is inspired by her—“The Cat with  a  Pearl Earring.” Come relax and explore with us!
